Downloading the MyCitroën application
How do I download the MyCitroën application?
- On your smartphone, go to Apple Store or Google Play depending on your OS.
- In the search bar, type "MyCitroën".
- Click on the MyCitroën application, then on "Download".
Now it's time to create a MyCitroën account.
Create a MyCitroën account

1. Create a MyCitroën account
In the MyCitroën application :
- Select "Register”
- Fill in the form (email address, password, surname, first name) and validate.

- In the top right-hand corner, select "Login" then "Create your MyCitroën account".
- Fill in the form (email address, password, surname, first name) and validate.
2. Activate your account
- In your mailbox, open the email you have just received
- Select "Activate your MyCitroën account".
- Confirm
3. Log in to your account
- In the MyCitroën application, select "Login".
- Enter your email address and password
- Accept and validate
Now it's time to connect MyCitroën to your vehicle.
First, you need to download the MyCitroën application, then create a MyCitroën account.
It only takes 10 minutes. From inside your vehicle and equipped with your smartphone, follow this tutorial video, or these steps :
1. In the MyCitroën application :
- Select "Add a vehicle"
- Enter your VIN vehicle number
- Enter your mileage, then confirm
- In "My services", select a service, then enter your telephone number
- Enter the security code you have just received by SMS, then confirm. Create a 4-digit PIN code, then confirm.
2. Then, inside your vehicle and equipped with your smartphone :
- In your smartphone's settings, activate Bluetooth (find out more here) and associate your vehicle as a new device (find out more here), and accept the General Terms of Use.
- On your vehicle's dashboard, select "Connect a phone", select your smartphone, and validate
- On your smartphone, enter the code displayed on your vehicle's dashboard
- On your vehicle's dashboard, select "Phone" and "Streaming audio", then confirm
3. A confirmation message will appear on the home page of your MyCitroën application. Then you'll need to :
- Turn off your vehicle's engine for 5 minutes
- Authorise data sharing in your vehicle
- Drive for at least 15 minutes to launch the connection between your vehicle and MyCitroën
Once completed, you'll receive an email confirming that your connected services have been activated and can be used.
Now it's time to activate and use your Connect ONE pack and Connect PLUS pack.

- In the "My services" section, select a service
- A window opens: select "Activate now".
- Read the terms and conditions, enter your phone number and confirm.

- Select "Pack Connect ONE" then "Activate now".
- Read the terms and conditions, enter your phone number and confirm.
If you wish, you can now activate the Connect PLUS package, or activate and use the services included in your Connect ONE package.
2. Activate Connect Plus package
In the MyCitroën application :
- In "Services to discover", select "Discover" for the Connect PLUS pack.
- A window opens: select "Activate now".
- Read the General Terms of Use, enter your telephone number, and confirm.

- Select "Pack Connect PLUS" then "Activate now".
- Read the General Terms of Use, enter your telephone number, and confirm.
Now it's time to activate and use the services included in your package.
3. Renew the Connect Plus Pack
Is your Connect PLUS pack expiring? You can resubscribe.
In the MyCitroën application:
- In the “My services” section, you can see the expiration date of your pack: select it
- A window opens: choose your renewal offer: 1 month or 1 year
- Select “Activate Now”
- Validate your basket

Services included in Connect One Pack
- SOS Assistance : For peace of mind, benefit from rapid assistance in the event of an accident or breakdown, and follow the arrival of the tow truck in real time.
- Mirror Screen : Display your mobile apps and content directly on your vehicle’s dashboard.
- Games : Take a break on the road and play games alone or with your passengers.
Services included in Connect One Pack, to be activated seperately
Remote maintenance :
We let you know when a connected service or maintenance alert indicates that your Citroën needs special attention. Similarly, we let you know when your vehicle is working as it should, for worry-free driving.
If your vehicle is equipped with Citroën Connect Box, it is compatible with this connected service, free and included in your Connect ONE pack.
Simply go to the MyCitroën application, “My services” section, and activate the Remote Maintenance service.
We will then be able to remotely activate your vehicle and begin providing you with this free service (this process can take up to 7 days).
E-maintenance logbook *:
Your vehicle documents, maintenance and invoices in digital form, up to date and always available: all past or upcoming maintenance events are managed automatically. Once activated, we update this section for you at each workshop visit.
- On the MyCitroën app homepage, under the section for this service, select “Discover”
Or if you have received an email offering this service, select “Subscribe” - Select “Get it now”, then “Get it”
- Read and accept the General Conditions of Use
Or you can request activation of this service at a Citroën dealership.
*Your vehicle must be equipped with Citroën Connect Box
Services included in the Connect Plus Pack, already activated
- Connected Navigation : Arrive at your destination on time, thanks to TomTom GPS and its real-time traffic information + danger zones.
- Remote controls : Check if your vehicle is locked, lock or unlock it, turn on the headlights or honk the horn with a simple press of your smartphone.
- E-Remote Controls : Check and control the charge of your electric vehicle, and for peace of mind, be alerted when the battery is full or charging is interrupted.
- Trip Planner : Plan your trip with complete peace of mind and view the locations of charging stations on your route.
- Connected Alarm : For peace of mind, monitor your car anytime, anywhere, and be informed in real time in the event of theft, even if you are not near your vehicle.

E-Routes *:
Enjoy premium navigation features: Plan your trips with the best places to stop to charge your vehicle, and drive with peace of mind when conditions change, with real-time updates. To subscribe, follow these steps:
- Activate or subscribe to the Connect PLUS pack
- On the MyCitroën application home page, select “Subscribe to E-Routes”
- In the “Vehicle” section, select “Services” > “E-Routes” > “Activate now”
- On the home page, select “Subscription in progress” > “Get started”, then enter your phone number
- Enter the code you just received by SMS
- Connect MyCitroën to your vehicle (a tutorial video is available here )
- On your smartphone, in the Apple Store or Google Play depending on your OS, download the E-Routes application
- Open the E-Routes application and select the Citroën brand
- It's done! You will receive a notification when the activation is complete
*Service available for e-C4 and e-C4 X vehicles only
GPT Chat:
To start benefiting from your navigation assistant, you must:
- Be the owner of one of the following vehicles from the current Citroën range: C4, C4X, C5X, Jumpy, Spacetourer, equipped with an on-board screen
- Have the Connected Navigation pack activated
- Connect to https://services-store.citroen.ie and click on the “Activate now” button for ChatGPT
- Follow the purchasing steps
- In your vehicle, an automatic remote update "Over the air" will activate ChatGPT* on your on-board screen
- You will receive confirmation of activation by email
- By simply saying “OK Citroën”, you can start conversing with your Citroën
Once your Connected Browsing pack is activated, you can subscribe to ChatGPT. Remember that usage is linked to the remaining time of your Connected Navigation pack. If your Connected Navigation pack contract expires before that of ChatGPT, it will be necessary to renew your Connected Navigation pack to continue to benefit from your navigation assistant.
