I have an issue with my car and I do not know what I should do?

We recommend that you contact your local or preferred Citroën dealer to make arrangements for the vehicle to be inspected at the earliest opportunity as in some instances if a vehicle continues to be driven with an undiagnosed issue, this could lead to additional repairs and subsequent costs.

If you are unsure, please make contact with your local Citroën dealer and explain the issues over the phone - they will then advise on next steps.

My car has broken down, what do I do?

If your vehicle cannot be restarted, it can be towed to your local Citroën dealership or a Citroën dealer of your choice. Citroën Assistance can be contacted via freephone from Ireland: 1800 33 33 00 and from outside Ireland: 00 353 1 63 43 030.

Should you have any further concerns, please contact our customer care team by clicking here.

What do I do if my car needs to be recovered and my RAC cover has expired?
